To be honest, I have spent virtually the WHOLE day trying (a) to find you (and Waterbridge Inc.) and,(b) endeavoring to find another outlet for these wonderful plate warmers (both without success until your e-mail !). I have, and repeatedly use, one which was a gift to me some 30+ years ago (though the colour is long out of grace and favor, I must add!). It is a totally invaluable addition to any home and recent dinner guests were quite taken with the idea. Hence, I am trying to find similar for them as a Christmas gift.

That is superior customer service - thank you. This present is for my mom. She and my dad live in Colorado and are coming to Iowa on the 17th for an early Christmas with their kids, grandkids etc before they head to California for the winter. My mom does lots of entertaining and has always admired the plate warmers. I will be so pleased to get it to her in time for her to take it to California and show it off to all their fellow retirees.
